Hi Jack, A few months ago, after reading some books by Angus Donald I asked him if he could recommend any books about the Crusades from the Muslim point of view. I read Siege last month and enjoyed it. I have just finished reading Eagle and thought it was absolutely brilliant!!! Once I was half way through I was struggling to put it down and couldn't wait to get stuck back into it! It has really made me consider some of the views that I have. It has also really broadened my knowledge not just of the Crusades but also of the history of Islam and Christianity.
